God is not evil and in him is no evil. Therefore, in God there is no iniquity.

But, God made angels. He created them with self-will. Therefore he created them with the ability to become evil or do iniquity.

God created perfect angels. With their own free-will they could now choose either good or evil. Yes, God actually gave them the liberty to choose iniquity.

And God created lucifer. The Scriptures say this about him:

“Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee” (Ezek 28:15).

Since God is responsible for all that he created, he is also responsible for creating lucifer who committed iniquity and or evil.

Did God make the devil sin? Did God predestinate him to do evil or iniquity? Is it true as some claim the devil had no choice but to do what he was created to do? Can anyone prove God created the devil to sin?

The devil had a choice. He chose after many eternal eternities to remove God from his throne and take over heaven. The devil said he would sit on God’s throne. He tried in his revolt to get the sympathy of other angels in his plot. He and these angels were defeated. These angelic evil beings became fallen demons. And today they are trying to destroy every human being on the earth.

How strange that there are people who now want to jump on God, attack him, belittle him, accuse him of being evil, and outright want him out of their life. This is exactly what lucifer wanted. He wanted God out of his life, remove him from being over him, and to live according to his own ways of iniquity.

Today I get emails from all sorts of perverted reprobates trying to accuse God of being evil. They have no desire to be holy. They do not even want to be saved. So they go about with their pea-sized brain to make accusations against God.

Well, I have this to say to all you self-made reprobates: Proverbs 1:26.

For those of you who love God and exalt his holiness, may you find forgiveness for your stupidity, grace for your sins, and mercy through the Lord Jesus Christ unto salvation.

A person decides to be evil.

It is this bondage I speak about today. The mental bondage of iniquity; of sin, of perverting the right ways of God. There are so many who are in mental bondage to religious beliefs. Some are so mentally under control they no longer think rationally or know they are in spiritual bondage. Sin does this. Spiritual perverters play the games of mental bondage. They will start a lie for the purpose of deceiving people who may never discover the perversion and remain in mental bondage and die that way. And thus there are cults of all kinds whose public image is one of religion and goodness, but behind the scenes there is great bondage from which they may never escape.

Mental bondage to control the way a person thinks, acts, and relates to others is nothing new. In witchcraft it is an everyday occurance. They relish and take great joy in perverting. One witch said:

“I look for things Christians do to do the opposite, or things they believe to change them completely. Why? Because I disagree with them. I feel this gives me the right to do what witches like to do: bewitch. It is so fun to get others to accept things and do things they do not know is opposite what is in the Bible. We love doing things backward or opposite, that is our practice. The Black Mass is typical of how we pervert anything Christian we can.”

The devil is a master at deceitfulness. He knows just how to pervert. He knows how to use a lie and bring the minds of people under his control. In the matter of Truth, the devil knows just how to pervert the right ways of God to make them appealing to the ignorant, the unlearned, and the stupid. The devil is all about perverting, changing Truth into a lie, and setting up falsehood. The battle for Truth is always against the perverters, those in the bonds of iniquity, and those who have no greater joy than to destroy if they can the right ways of God.

A heritic is a person who teaches something that will lead others astray from the Truth. Heresy is the doctrine that is taught that deceives and misleads others into mental bondage from which many never recover. Consider the whole history of the trinity doctrine. It is a heresy, it is taught by heritics, and the millions now deceived are held in mental bondage by the lie they accepted.

We are warned that in the latter days deceivers will wax worse and worse: deceiving and being deceived. We are to beware of these. They are placing many in the bonds of iniquity from which they may never escape.

Simon the sorcerer was involved in witchcraft. He was a master magician, a man who could deceive with his tricks and his speech. He could deceive to such a degree people thought him to be the great power of God. Yet he did not have the Truth. He was a clever deceiver. But he met Paul, a real man of God. My mother called me “Paul” desiring some day I would be a real man of God. Thus my name is Gary Paul Reckart, and I stand up to my Paul name for the respect it represents in the Apostolic Truth. Yes, I am a Paulite, I preach his Gospel, I know his teachings as good if not better than most, and I stand with him in the spirit of Acts 8:23.

It was here he had enough of the sorcerer perverting the right ways of God. And it was here Paul perceived his real problem in not being about to be free and follow him in the Truth: was that he was in the bond of iniquity.

Simon the sorcerer was in mental bonds to the devil. On the outward he appeared as a good man whom the people loved and looked up to. But in his soul he was in bonds of iniquity. He was controlled. He was the victim of the devil. This Simon came close to heaven that day. He should have fallen down on his face and cried to God for deliverance. But he did not want deliverance. He want Paul to pray for him but made no effort to pray for his own condition.

I have seen many in the bonds of iniquity. They are always perverters. They always play the game of heritics of teaching falsehoods that lead astray. At the core of their heart is the desire to be a great one, even if they achieve this before people by their lies and deceptions. They do not care the method to their greatness, they just want to be great. So they will pervert Truth, they will spread falsehoods, and they will deceive and be deceived as they seek recognition as a great one.

Today, I am a man of God holding forth the Truth to the nations. I have not perverted a single Truth of God. I have and will continue to hold the high standard of love for the Truth wherein no lie or falsehood is accepted no matter who presents it or the fashion of their trickery.

Beware of those deceivers who cannot stop perverting the right ways of God because they are in the bond of iniquity.

PS: The Biblical day of Pentecost is May 23, 2010. Any other date is a perversion and anyone who promotes another date is a perverter and in the bond of iniquity….

Abraham gave a tenth to the priest of the Most High God. A prophet gave a tenth of all to a priest who represented the Most High God. Jacob vowed to God he would give a tenth of everything God prospered him. The tenth became the standard of giving to the Levitical priesthood by the Israelites. And a tenth of the tenth was taken and given to Aaron and his sons. In all this, it was God who said he gave them the tenth (Num 18:20-21). What we see here is a picture of God blessing the Israelites and adding his own blessing to their increases. God added his tenth to their increases. It always belong to him and never belonged to the person who had it in their possession. How many miss this important point? They think they are giving the tithe out of their own increases or blessings. No, it never was yours. To usurp control over this and not give it where God ordained is stealing. You are a thief. No wonder God could say: ‘You have robbed me.” Many do not get the point. How could they since as a robber their heart is filled with greed. They take the position they owe God nothing. That none of their increases are a result of God’s blessings and he is due nothing back. Like the king of Babylon: look what I have done, look what I have built, look what I have been able to reap and take in. It is all mine. I have earned this all by myself. And so the Babylonian arrogance speaks.

Tithes as we find in Abraham was given to the Ministry out of free will and love for the priesthood who represented the Most High God. This tithing was not a commandment of the law. However a higher law than a cammandment governes the tenth, the tithe. And that higher law is respect and love for the ministry of the Most High God. Usually those who reject giving the tenth as did Abraham or the tithe as given to the Levitical priesthood, are those who have no respect or love for the true New Testament priesthood of the Most High God. Jesus made it perectly clear: the seed of Abraham will do the works of Abraham. This was not time blocked to the Law era.

What many of the blasphemers and novices refuse to acknowledge and confess is that God took the tithe and incorporated it into the Law. What they also are so rebellious and idiots about, is there were other tithes commanded under the Law that were not practiced by Abraham or prior patriarchs. These additional tithes were abolished when the Law was fulfilled. However, the tithe before the Law, the tenth given to the priest of the Most High God was not abolished.

Consider, that God has not abolished blessing us. And as long as he blesses us he has also included in this his blessings. If you have the faith of Abraham, and you are his seed, then give your tithe to the priest of the Most High God and stop all your novice rants and ungodly blasphemies.

I had one novice jerk tell me that Hebrews 7:12 meant the change here was the law of the tithe was abolished. This is the kind of novice stupidity that prevails in the minds of reprobates. The text tells us the priesthood BEING CHANGED. From Law to what change? And if it was changed, where is it that the text says the tithe stopped because the priesthood changed? What is changed here is the priesthood and to whom the tithe should now be given. The priesthood of the law was changed into the New Testament priesthood of Christ. And in this, the priest of the Most High God, usually the Pastor, is the one to whom the seed of Abraham will give their tithes.

We are living in a day of railers and blasphemers. They think by their much railing they make themselves important. They think by their blasphemies they make themselves intelligent. And if they can collect some who say amen to their rants, they feel successful. These are the kinds of men who will never be a part of the real work of God in these endtimes.

Here at Jesus House in Tampa everyone gives their tithes out of faith and love. None of them give it out of commandment. There is no tithe commandment here. But what is here, is the true Word of God on how God does bless those who give their tithes with a cheerful heart. And their tithes are with this great love a blessing to the work of the church, the welfare of the Pastor, the feeding of the hungry, and the clothing of those who are poor. The members of this Church know how the Pastor uses their tithes. And they give more and more because they see the fruit of their giving increasing the work of God all over the world.

The blessings of God are upon all those who tithe and give to Jesus House.

As for me the Pastor, yes a portion of the tithe comes into my hands. Yes, I consider them a soldier’s pay within the meaning of 1Cor 9:7. Jesus has sent me and he will proviIde for me as his soldier. And unlike a private with little pay, I am a five star general and deserving of a large pay check. I am a leader of many regiments of men. I have many soldiers willing to serve under me. And many of these great soldiers give tithes to me because they know I am a good general in God’s army.

As for those who do not believe in faith tithing, who do not believe in the tithing of love and respect to the priest of the Most High God, you would never be allowed to work with me, travel with me, do the work of God with me, be a part of Light To The Nations. Because I will not have men who are not men of faith in their giving anywhere near me in this great work of the Kingdom.

If a man does not give tithe by faith and love I do not want his friendship, his membership, or any where near me. I want those around me to know they have been blessed and not afraid to show it to the Man of God.

Now with the dedicaton of Jesus House, I will be using a lot of my time increasing the number of the saved. I will also begin the long awaited home of ATBC which will open up here on campus site in the spring of 2010. So, I have a full plate before me. Add to this the missionary work of Light To The Nations, and my time is well dedicated.

Thank all of you who have come by. Pray for me.
